Dean- I assume that it would be controlled by the amount of serotonin

you have made during the day, and the amount of darkness during the

night. Since neither are infinite, then that will limit how much is

made. If you want more details, I would suggest either researching it,

or asking Andy, who was the one who brought this up in his seminar. He

explained that it is also an important brain anti-oxidant and that he

had taken up to 30mg.

How can this be that there is no feed-back mechanism for melatonin?

By what mechanism then does the body keep its own melatonin levels in check?
