If it's from Doctor's Data, then you could post your results here, and we could help you interpret it. Andy's books, Amalgam Illness and Hair Test Interpretation both address copper toxicity also.-----Jackie i did get vaccines in 6th grade like everyone else. hep b i think with tetanus. i think everyone got 4 vaccines but i can't remember what they were. i may have gotten vaccines when i was a baby too. im not sure. im assuming if all babies get vaccines then i got them too. so i don't know how much mercury i have as well. ----------You can also get mercury from eating alot of fish, especially tuna, and from other things, like broken thermometers and fluorescent lights, etc. If you post your hair test, we might be able to help you determine if you have a mercury problem also. Some people have both, mercury and copper.-----------Jackie i wanted to see if anyone else had copper toxicity on here and what peoples suggestions are for my situation. hope everyone is making improvements. ----------I personally have mercury and arsenic, not copper, so not totally up on what you should do. Weinert is one listmember that I know has dealt with copper, but I haven't seen her on lately. Andy's books would cover copper toxicity, along with other metals, so you might want to order them, or at least the Hair Test book. I believe he suggests taking zinc and molybdenum with every meal to reduce copper levels, and things to promote bile flow, like taurine, glycine, milk thistle, and phoshatidylcholine (page 256 HTI).----------Jackie shawn ,_.___ Messages in this topic (1) Reply (via web post) | Start a new topic Messages Change settings via the Web (Yahoo!
