Guest guest Posted October 3, 2005 Report Share Posted October 3, 2005 Last week I saw my DR. and she said she wanted me to start chemo again this week. But she also said she wanted to think about it because she wanted to use Avastin. I take coumadin plus the tumor in my duodenum was bleeding last year so she is concerned. I was to start tomorrow but the DRs. office called and said the Dr. wants me to see my gastroenterologist before we start anything else. Chemo is cancelled and I have an appt at the GI dr tomorrow. The nurse said she thought that I would be scheduled for an endoscopy to check out that tumor. I am hoping we can do this quickly as the tumor is causing pain and I want to do something for it asap.
