O/T, amalgam removal, wasRe: Chelate or not to chelate!!!

I've been taking charcoal caps before my visits to have merc removed and then

for a day or so after. This time I'm also taking quite a bit of metamucil to try

and grab what ends up in the intestines also to 'get it out'. I'm doing pretty

well considering I just had a really nasty metal crown with a LOT of mercury

under it removed 2 days ago. I know that depressed feeling you are talking about

and its bad.
