What I did was just wrote it all down...I have a file...whenever I see a poem or heard a song, I wrote it in the file...I described the simplicity of my casket with details to remember I'm a pastel person....and go light on the flowers... and several other things...so it's done, even though I have no plans of going anywhere any time soon. My grown children and my sister know there is a file. Some other things are in the file...notes and poems for my children. Paperwork for plots I bought years ago when my nephew died. Creates a little peace of mind...knowing my children don't have to make all the " real " decisions. My Will and 401K paperwork also in there. My children will laugh when they see " Spirit In The Sky " ....not exactly your typical song for a funeral...but they will know to rejoice once they get over the initial shock...it's not " fun " planning for this, but I felt it was a necessity to ease the burden for my children. Guest guest
when I die I also want the Rainbow Bridge Poem read... if nobody knows that ask I will post it. I want to believe when I die I will be reunited with my beloved pets (dogs/horses etc) who went before me for a happy reunion. To me there is no place such as heaven without them being there... and a fast internet connection.
