Otherwise, I would make sure that your bowels are moving, so anything to prevent constipation, like extra fiber, magnesium, etc. It is also important to take probiotics during this time, and biotin is supposed to help too.-----Jackie _,_.___ Messages in this topic (1) Reply (via web post) | Start a new topic Messages MARKETPLACE ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Earn your degree in as few as 2 years - Advance your career with an AS, BS, MS degree - College-Finder.net. Guest guest
Thank you. I had yeast in my airway and perhaps other systemic places. What happens to the dead yeast in those areas? My physician said the Ultra Clear Plus (a detox support for the liver from Metagenics) is supposed to help with that; but looking at the ingredients on the package, I didn't think it was strong enough. > > When you're killing yeast with an anti-candida diet and Diflucan, what > is the most important thing you should take to make sure the toxic > dead yeast gets out of your body? > > ----------Some people take activated charcoal to help with die off symptoms. Liver support is very important, and I didn't see anything outstanding in the Ultra Clear Plus. The first thing we recommend here for the liver is milk thistle. I think some of the amino acids, like taurine, are good for it also. Some things depend on your liver phases, as to what to take. My other thought was that possibly your lymph system might be involved, as far as removing dead yeast, so anything to help that might be good also. Sorry if I wasn't much help!-------Jackie > > When you're killing yeast with an anti-candida diet and Diflucan, what > is the most important thing you should take to make sure the toxic > dead yeast gets out of your body? > > ----------Some people take activated charcoal to help with die off symptoms.
