Guest guest
I have had no experience of it and the only ref. I can find says that it is mild and the way to distinguish between Roseola & Ger. Measles is that in Roseola that rash comes up after the fever has gone down. Guest guest
Actually Caroline that is a great help!! DD2 came up in a rash this afternoon having had a slight temperature at lunchtime and I was dithering about whether it was roseola or rubella. Making the poor kids stand in the conservatory and comparing their rashes with a very poor picture in this month's " Practical Parenting " !!! Bit worried if it is rubella though as know lots of people who could be pregnant. Telephoned the doctor to see if they wanted me to bring the girls in to confirm one way or the other but they could not be less bothered. However, with what you said makes me swing more towards roseola than rubella although one of the many books I have been poring over says that roseola is commonest in children up to two years old and DD1 is three - aaaaaagh!! Anyone else got any good ideas about how I can prove it one way or the other? Francesca in the Spotty Zone! re: Roseola? > I have had no experience of it and the only ref.
