Well my first endo and trainees all did palpitate the thyroid,

they must have known the risk of it triggering excess hormone

release as his rather attractive junior docor was so gentle when

doing it I almost proposed to her ;-)

It was always done with the lightest of feathery touches,

whoever in that hospital did the thyroid examination. I'm amazed

they could feel anything with such a light touch, I can imagine

them training, all feeling each others thyroids.

I'm still learning how good these guys were - hohum.
