I'm curious as to waht reduces glutathione levels in the body?

---------I believe Andy has said that all chronically ill people have low

glutathione levels. So any illness, disease, toxicity, etc. will reduce your

levels.------Jackie

I

understand that Mercury does, but it doesn't appear I'm at a level

where it should be as depleted as a recent test showed that it was. I

had lab testing done through SpectraCell which indicated that my

glutathione levels were low, along with my antioxident levels. B

Vitamins were showing low as well, though regular blood tests don't

show this.

---------Supplementing with plenty of antioxidants and B vitamins 3-4X/day is

important for all mercury toxic people. But glutathione should not be directly

supplemented, because you won't absorb it and will just be wasting your money.

Andy says you can raise your glutathione by taking the precursors to it, which

is 4 parts NAC, to 2 parts glutamine, to 1 part glycine. You should read about

this in AI, because I don't believe it is good for everyone, especially if you

are high cysteine or sensitive to sulfur foods, because NAC is

sulfury.--------Jackie

Thanks,

Mike
