Empty capsules! You can't fill them ahead of time because the GSE will melt

them, but at

least you can avoid the taste. You could even put Epsom's in empty capsules.

Great idea Nell, I hadn't thought of that! Thanks for the tip. I was looking

at my bottle of GSE this morning, wondering if I was going to be able to choke

it down later, so this is great. And the epsom salts too, might have to try

that. And this should work for oil of oregano also, for those who said they

can't tolerate that either.
