Guest guest
Has anyone had to have a appt with the anthesalogist before surgery? Boy I know I spelled that one wrong! I never have had to before and wonder why I do this time. I had a rough night last night and spent the day between the bed and the bathroom. It hurts when I don't go and hurts when I go so just can't win:) Anyway I forgot to go out and get the mail until awhile ago. Much to my surprise was a letter from my health insurance denying my surgery until they get more info from the Dr. The Dr office had just called today to confirm the 22nd for surgery and my appt with the above I can't spell on the 17th. I have bragged on how good my insurance company is and I am sure this is just a mix up with someone not filling out all the info or the person at health insurance not looking at my record. My health insurance nurse even called me about a week ago and knows I am having surgery. She said she would call back on the 18th to go over surgery with me. I really don't think that necessary as the surgeon has done that but did not tell her so. I am sure this will get approved but worry it won't get taken care of before the 22nd. As for me I would gladly put it off but two of my daughters have already put in for there vacation that week. What has not been discussed is who will stay with me when I get home but I have a idea they already have it planned I will go to my daughters house. She has wanted me to before and thinks it better with her one story ranch instead of my two story home. Another daughter understands I am much more comfortable at home but will have to do what I will have to. One big problem is my dog which she just don't see as a problem but since she has two cats I am not to sure about that:) Her husband and my grandson are both home all day and she will be home after work.
