I used it in Thorne's B5 complex (lots of B5 in combo with other

B vits). I didn't notice any difference with constipation, but

it did help a little with adrenal issues - not enough, but it

made some difference until I got better support.

The first thing to try for constipation is magnesium. Taking

more vitamin C can also help.

You may need other digestive support, too, including appropriate

diet (see the diet file), probiotics, enzymes, betaine hcl, lots

of possiblities.

I currently take 500 mg of pantothenic acid at breakfast and 500 mg at

lunch. Definitely no down side for me. I think it helps with

adrenals, but have not noticed any difference in bowel habits.

I've used B5 (500mg 4x/day) for adrenal support but I can't say it has

had any obvious effect for me. It did make my eczema worse until I

took biotin. (http://onibasu.com/wiki/Biotin)

I just started taking B5 1500mg per day. I am taking this to support my

adrenals (not for constipation.) For me its not a miracle cure, but it

is helping along with everything else i'm doing to support my adrenals.

Everything else is; salt, liquorice, ACE plus all the other supplements

i take as per Cutlers recommendations, about 15 others.
