Don't forget niacinamide and grapefruit products to reduce

symptoms of chemical sensitivity. These can help slow down

phase 1 part of liver detox which is usually too fast in

chemically sensitive people and causes the reactions.

Hi Deborah,

Have a look here, it might explain things a little clearer about the liver

pathways.

It is possible, but if you read the link you'll see that there can be a few

other reasons. Like bowel issues and liver pathway problems.

Best to address them all.

Quick question: where are you guys reading about the " phase 1 " and " phase 2 "

stuff? I've been chemically sensitive for years and never read anything about

this. I'd like to know more! thanks!
