What bothers me is that it’s NOT rare anymore but people treat it like it is. It is a cruel disease that takes so much, with out discrimination of who. I worked in a chlorine and acid chemical plant and run Boilers they think that the industrial pollutants caused mine, But so so many deal with this without any cause. I am in awe sometimes of how people here pick up everyday and offer help, comfort and encouragement. My hat is off to them I don’t mention names but who is obvious.

It’s sad that there are So many new people here and a blessing we have some place to go and so many that don’t even know were here.

For me this (home) board is the only place where I can go that people “get it†understand. Most of us don’t look sick. And that’s hard for people and family to understand I am still working full time and am one of the odd ones that doesn’t need O2 I have lost almost 70% of lung capacity but sats stay up I just run out of air. I hope to make it to one of gatherings some time. Soon I want to try and make a trip down to Oregon to take Mama Sher and her Hubby out to lunch.
