Anyone from Orpington Branch/area?

I met up with a friend who is extremely worried about a friend of hers

who lives in/near Orpington. Baby is approx 16 weeks old, mum has PND

(they think!), will not leave the house, has no friends as new to the

area....etc

I said that I am sure that there is someone out there who could

help...so?
