Guest guest
Does anyone know what to do with samphire grass? The same fishmonger that sold the St 's fish also had fresh samphire grass and I bought some out of curiosity. It's terribly salty so I've been soaking it for ages, it doesn't seem to lose any salty taste no matter what I do. Any ideas? Ruthie

I thought it was wonderful (I love veggie sushi and laverbread) It was salty but not too salty for my taste (and I don't usually use salt in cooking or add it at the table) -- jennifer@...
