These are the things that have managed Phil's side effects

Nausea - eat lighter meals, Compozine or Zofran works well depending on

severity

diarrhea- Imodium works for most if not ask doc for Lomotil BRAT diet

BANANAS RICE APPLESAUCE AND TOAST

You may want to either use Depends, liners or carry extra underwear in case.

Constipation Colace or Senekot, milk of magnesia if still unresolved call

doc.

swelling ask doc for a diuretic, discontinuing when resolved to avoid

dehydration

mouth irritations - There is a prescription for a mix called Magic Mouthwash

that will numb it

but MUCH better is BIOTENE toothpaste and mouthwash

available at most

Pharmacies or ask and they will order it for you.

back pain heating pad, hot shower or bath, hot tub/whirlpool if

allowable, pain patches like

Therma Care or Icy Hot pain meds, walking

Oxaliplatin chills etc. Can't help you with the neuropathy

Phil would get chills and fever take 2 Tylenol bundle up and

Sleep about 3-4 hours then take a shower and feel fine.

I think that covers most stuff
