I have one & use it regularly - in fact I am sitting here in my dressing gown

having just had one & cooling down before my shower. When you use different

things it is difficult to attribute benefits to any one thing, but I always feel

better for having used it. I assume that you can sweat? When I first started

using one my sweat was very smelly - I am not talking about when I was in the

sauna but all of the time as I was quite toxic, now it is much less offensive as

I assume I have got rid of many toxins. The sweat while in the sauna is thicker

than normal everyday sweat & I rub this off so not to reabsorb it. Do not do

what I have read that some people do & sit in there while it cools down - you do

not want to reabsorb your toxins released, also throw any used towels out of the

door while you are in there or you will reabsorb the toxins. My dentist told me

to seal these in bags but watch this as they get smelly very quickly and so need

washing quickly. If I get any muscle problems they are much more quickly put

right by the use of the infrared sauna.
