The greatest percentage of serotonin is found in the gut.. So that is why digestion and depression is so linked.. If Dmsa helps the digestion you could very well feel less depressed... I found that I did not necesarily feel that I was having digestive problems in order to feel depressed.. But with getting to know my triggers my depression was linked to the food I ate and to my digestion.. It was affected by hormones as well.. Again we are a whole package.. THe lower our total body strength the more we will react to foods and chemicals..
Guest guest
I had EXACTLY the same experience. Best antidepressant i've tried so far. Moods more stable, i am not irritable anymore, more energy, i feel fine. It is had to describe but it feels like negative thoughts can not bother me anymore. I do not feel euphoric or great, just FINE. Usually it takes 1-2 days and then i feel really good. When i go off i feel fine for 2-3 days and then the negativity and irritability comes back.... You might want to try DMPS, i heard it can suppress symptoms better than DMSA and it's easy to do longer rounds with the 8 hour dosing.
