Guest guest
All input welcome...I had the liver profile done at Great Smokies and it showed the typical fast/slow routine. I have severe mcs. Is there a synopsis in AI or on here on recommended supplements for this? Thanks, Mark
Guest guest
alex niacinamide, grapefruit juice and selenomethionine is what andy has recommended on a post that I will forward later.(its from a previous forum). This has helped quite a bit for me but some days it does not seem to work as well (I think its when i get constipated that everything backs up in me and MCS becomes more of a problem) Deans post message 20229 has a useful link to a site he is a part of and I believe the link suggests licorice which I am also trying I think the niacinamide grapefruit juice and selenium has saved what little life I have left. I can now function...still very fatigued but mentally better and less body burning I was feeling much better a month ago and then stopped taking the various supplements i as on and NOW I can't seem to get the right mix down to feel as good as I was before In my case I think the heavy doses of fish oil and flax oil has also helped. I also take 10 mgs of melatonin (pg 159 of AI) right before I go to bed and this has helped me sleep. I know AI page 159 says 6 mg immediate release and 3 mg timed release but the 10 mg's works better You may want to have your zinc levels as well as your taurine and other amino acids checked I also had what appears to be a zinc deficiency (hair analysis)and taurine deficiency (amino acid test). I confirmed the zinc defiency with the zinc taste test and my health guy who uses electro dermal skin testing. I know AI (Page 159) says 100 mg but I was on 150-200 for the last 6 weeks and I still show a deficiency. It appears zinc and taurine deficiencies can aggravate each other good luck > > All input welcome...I had the liver profile done at Great Smokies and > it showed the typical fast/slow routine.
