Without seeing a color copy of it, it's hard to determine how many elements you have in the middle section (white and green) that are neither very elevated or very low. They should have short bars within the white/green. Count those. Are they 11 or less? I count six over for rule one, which is suspicious for mercury. Also very low hair lithium is an indicator for mercury. And if you have 11 or less in the middle band you meet rule 4.
