That makes perfect sense! The article I read wasn't about saunas and

steam rooms for mercury detox, just general. But what you're saying

explains why the steam room completely wears me out. 10 minutes and

I'm completely wiped out. The dry sauna doesn't do that at all. No

more steam for me. Thanks for mentioning.
