Guest guest
Is it harmful or unnecessary to supplementn SAMe and NAC together? I know there both are good for the liver and phase II pathway issues but is one better than the other and do they both accomplish the same thing- increase glutiathone conjunction or something like that. Any advice most apprecitated. Sidney
Guest guest
Nicola-hope your doing well. Hmmmmm I have been using NAC for months and it hasn't given me any trouble. Would I know if I had candida or not? Are there symptoms other than yeast infections? My naturalpathic doctor did a blood test and it was negative. Today I was at the health food store and I spoke with a Naturalpathic practionier whom I know and she said she would stay with the NAC because people can have weird reactions to SAME. I told her that I dream a lot and then wake up kinda freaked out at least once per night. She was thinking that I may be low on dopamine and high serotonin. Anyway, did you get my email about us chatting about our lovely Gilber'ts. I'd love just to be able to chat with someone who can truly relate. By the way ( I may have asked you this already- pardon me if I did), but are you yellowish because I am and have been for two years? If you aren't did chelation take it away or what did? I feel like I always have a yellow glow and the palms of my hands and feet are orangish (underlying yellow when you press them) Sorry to be so winded but I enjoy hearing from someone in my same boat. Write me back about us chatting on our personal email. Hope your daughter is well too. Sidney > Sidney > > > > Is it harmful or unnecessary to supplementn SAMe and NAC together?
