The best multivitamin I have seen that doesn't contain Alpha Lipoic Acid is Life

Extension's multi, you can view at http://www.lef.org

Andy recommended it for our little one, we all take it now.

Which multi-vitamin/mineral (if any) are

people using?

I had someone ask me this recently, so just curious what others are using. And

I believe some of us take so much stuff individually, that we don't take a

multi? Am I right?--------Jackie

I don't take a multi either. I'm very sensitive to

brands/formulations and with a multi it's very hard to know what

you're reacting to. I'm taking so many things individually, that I

think I have the bases covered.

I do take a B Complex formula. Not only does Andy recommend it, but

if you are supplementing any of the B vitamins individually then it's

very important to take a B complex formula as well. Otherwise the B's

can get way out of balance and cause unexpected problems.

I take most vits and mins individually. I also take a multi mineral

supp and some Life Extension Mix, too. I got the LEM for my husband.

He was so confused by having several bottles of supplements and could

never remember how much to take, so he loves the LEM!
