I had some idea of the frequency of tornadoes when I moved here but no

idea of the constant hailstorms. They are unavoidable. Thats one of many

reasons that Texas has the highest rates on homeowners insurance in the

country and very high auto rates.

> West Texas got hailed out again in April so we will put our 4th roof

on sometime after Memorial Day. The tornadic storm went directly

overhead but they are not so bad as long as they stay up. It is the

down thing that is really bad. Better a roof than an entire house. I'm

posting a picture of the street in front of our house and some of the

hail coming off the house.
