cornstarch doesn't contain milk protein or gluten

lactose is milk sugar, not milk protein. You can buy lactaid, the

enzyme to break down lactose, if you find this is a problem (you will

get gas if you are lactose intolerant.

talc doesn't contain milk or gluten.
