Guest guest
If you have leaky gut it is more then likely you also have yeast. So, you probably need to fight the yeast. I use aloe vera juice (morning and night), cocnut oil and garlic (not for everyone since it is high on sulfur). I have also used Goldenseal, but have tried to reduce the number of pills... What probably made the most difference for me was a change in diet - no yeast and (almost) no sugar. - Kyrre > > How to heal leaky gut is one of my interests. Guest guest
The aloe vera juice allowed me to raise my dose of DMSA, which I had problems with due to yeast flare-up after rounds. I think the brand is Donsbach. Have tried others, but this one has the best taste. I take 1 ts of cocnutoil each morning. - Kyrre > > I didnt realize aloe vera juice was good for antiyeast, Can you tell > me the brand you use?
