I got acrylic nails for years until my diagnosis

I stopped because I had trouble staying awake while they worked on my nails

the first 6 months were a real itch with a Capital B

anyway

someone recommended this stuff that I have been using ever since - it looks like clear nail polish, and you can put regular polish over it

duri cosmetics: "Rejuvacote"

a nail growing system

it works well for me

Pink...I don't remember if you have an oximeter...but don't wear any sort of polish or product on the finger you use to check sats. I usually wore nail polish and then started leaving one nail with nothing. Look funny ok.

i wear clear polish most of the time

if i wear a color, it is light and doesn't seem to affect the oximeter

thanks for the advice

Pink...how could you know if clear polish did affect the oximeter?

I'm going by what my paperwork said to do...don't wear any kind of polish.

I'm sure you are used to YOUR oximeter by now however.

Have a good weekend.
