May, I think most start with 2L at night. When they feel the need during the day they are usually put up to 3 or 4L.we are all so different to be so much the same. I was at 3 L for almost 2 years and thought that was awful. Now I sleepon 3L and don't hardly feel it. I am on 5L getting up going to get water or the bathroom. SLOWLY I might add.Anyhow when I found this group I was so connected I just could NOT have made it without my peeps..
