Hello,

Here are my test from a few months ago, I need to understand this

because having new test in about 2 weeks,

T3 total- 90 60-181ng/dl

T4, Free 1.0 0.8-1.8 ng/dl

TSH 0.27 low 0.40- 5.50.

Since then I am taking 2 grains of nat thyroid now and hc 10 mg

divided into 2 doses and started adding adrenal cortex supplement,

slowly, this is just recently(1 week). I know I have both adrenal

and thyroid issues but even on 2 grains, I am tired, cold, and feel

depressed. Am I heading in the rt direction?, thanks room. I

appreciate all the help from everyone. I am also on 10 mg dhea and

several supplements. It is okay to go up on the armour , I def dont

want to add more Hc, thats why I am on the Adrenal cortex but maybe I

should while I am chelating, every round I am more tired. Help!

-----------To feel best or be optimized, you want these to be in the upper 1/3

or 1/4 of the range. So, these could be higher.----------Jackie

TSH 0.27 low 0.40- 5.50.

-----------TSH probably doesn't mean much with mercury poisoning. Low,

usually means *hyper*thyroid, and your symptoms are anything but! Have you ever

had thyroid antibodies tested, meaning Hashi's? I have Hashi's, and my TSH was

usually low like this also, but I was anything but hyper also! So if you have

Hashi's and/or mercury poisoning, I don't think TSH means much.---------Jackie

------------But you weren't taking anything when the above tests were

done?-----Jackie

-----------I am not the thyroid expert, but my understanding is that it takes

time to get optimized and find your right dose, so you may just not be there

yet.---------Jackie

-----------If you're tolerating the ACE, then keep slowly building that dose

up. I am taking it with HC, and it feels like it does something different than

HC, and has also allowed me to stay at my 20mg maintenance dose, without feeling

the need to stress dose as often, and I've even only taken 10mg of HC a few

days. So it is definitely helping me keep my dose of HC down. Do you have a

doctor helping you with the armour dosing, or are you doing it by yourself? It

sounds like you could go higher, based on symptoms. Are you tracking your

temps? That is suppose to help you know when you're at the right dose

also.---------Jackie
