--------I use VRP brand. It says lithium orotate 130 mg (providing 4.8mg of

elemental lithium). This has been discussed before, so you can check archives

of this group and A-M, but I know Andy says this brand is fine. Parents on A-M

should be able to help you also.

And just a note, some VRP items are available cheaper at

www.illnessisoptional.com, than they are from www.vrp.com .

When they come from there, the label will say Complementary Prescriptions, but

it's the same stuff, just relabeled.---------Jackie
