This is a not bad leaflet produced by Health Promotion England but I

had to laugh at the section on drinks

" Milk is an excellent nourishing drink. A minimum of 1/2 pint a day

whether it is breast milk, cow's milk or a combination of both is

needed " Oh dear, what does 1/2 pint of breastmilk look like? :-)

Which reminds me, at the stand where I collected this leaflet a

community dietician asked me if DS2 drank milk and I said no

initially, forgetting the small matter of breast milk. I was relating

this to my parents and said tongue in cheek " Of course, he gets the

real thing and not something filched from a sad old cow " to which my

father responded " Oh I don't know... "
