My onc gave me a prognosis

He said I had a 50% chance of making it for another two years. I

started laughing. This is exactly what I came up with after

researching the information available and my current health status.

I practically had to put a gun to his head for him to say something.

If he had cancer, he'd like to have an " educated guess. " Which it

is... I could go sooner, or last longer. But I have something I can

plan around. I felt an enormous sense of peace with it.

He also does NOT do the Death with Dignity (legal in Oregon), but

knows docs who do. So if I can't deal any more, I can drink the drink.

He said the Oregon has the most morphine prescriptions written per

capita than any other state. Now that was GOOD to know!

Anyway, that's my news.
