Yes Ruth I think it was you ;o).. for me it resulted in feeling on a high for

about 1 month after (my mw actually told me this booking in app that she had

been worried about how much I did and asked hv to keep a eye on it) then it

gradually died down and around 5-6 weeks after I (both times) went through a

period of baby blues (not badly though just more like OH MY GOODNESS WHAT HAVE I

DONE HERE??? and feeling very tearful.. frightened dh both times as he seemed to

think that I had things sorted by then lol)

& expecting a Christmas delivery...

My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what you

start.

So far today, I have finished 2 bags of chips and a Chocolate cake.

I feel better already.
