Guest guest Posted August 20, 2005 Report Share Posted August 20, 2005 Broccoli Salad Cook time: 20 minutes Ingredients 5 cup(s) broccoli flowerets, raw 10 slices bacon, crumbled 1/4 cup(s) red onion, diced 1 cup(s) raisins 1 cup(s) sunflower seeds, salted 1/2 cup(s) miracle whip 1/4 cup(s) sour cream 1/8 tsp garlic powder 3 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp red wine vinegar Directions Mix last five ingredients for dressing, chill. Toss first five salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing mixture just before serving. Comments 350 calories & 19g fat per serving. Serves 6 Broccoli Coleslaw Cook time: 10 minutes Ingredients 1 package(s) Mann's shredded broccoli, carrot, and cabbage. 1/3 cup(s) sliced Almonds 1/3 cup(s) sunflower nuts 1 package(s) any flavor Ramen noodles DRESSING:::: 1/2 cup(s) Vegetable oil 4 tbsp vinegar 3 tbsp sugar seasoning package from noodles. Directions Mix slaw, seeds and almonds. Break up ramen noodles and mix into slaw. Add dressing on 1/2 hour before serving. Comments Family favorite. We love it better than regular cole slaw.
