Guest guest
Joe, I just want to tell you that you are not alone. I had anxiety attacks for years. When I met my boyfriend it took seven months to be able to sleep in the same bed. And it's still hard at times. He stuck by me (and I let him). I know those are funny words to say but during the last 8 years, I would not let anyone get too close to me...I was so full of fear. Let me ask you a few questions. Do you have any more amalgams in? Do you use nose drops? Do you get allergy shots or flu shots? Could you be exposed to Mercury any other way? Do you eat a lot of fish? I only ask these things because my fear was the greatest while I was using nose drops and had all my amalgams in. Also, I had ten years of allergy shots that contained Thermosal. The nose drops also contained it. When I stopped my exposure and removed the amalgam, things started to shift. I was seeing a psycologist, and I am taking 25mg of Lamictol (just started that one and it feels great) My blood tests showed low for Thyroid and just started dessicated thyroid support. These two things have really helped. Another thing that really seens to help is making sure your Vit. C is buffered with Cal/Mag. Many Hg poisoned people are low in Cal/Mag. Read Andy's bood about Magnesium. If you are low in this, you may suffer a lot of anxiety as well as other symptoms. I found my hair analysis to be of great help to determine the supplements I needed and I am sticking to them daily. I am only on the fourth round of DMSA and haven't even started ALA. I have many symptoms and a horrible ringing in the ears. Nevertheless, I can say one thing: Stopping my mercury exposure and taking the Mag. Really calmed me down. The Lamictol calmed the mind racing and jumping here and there. If your girl is willing to stick it out, and if you love her....please let her love you. I tryed hynotherapy, Valuim, tapes, breathing, yoga, sound machines, psychotherapy....but nothing worked as well as just admitting that I had a problem, stopping my exposure, getting thyroid support, taking the right supplements, and starting chelation. I hope this works for you. I still find myself drifting off and becoming distant in terms of relationship...but I know, and my boyfriend knows that it will only last a short time and then I come back. I thought for years that I just hadn't found th right one but now I know that it was me all the while and it was the poison in my brain and body. I am doing much better now and you hopefully, you will too. Guest guest
TK--- try reducing the ALA, I would suggest half and see how you do. This 120mg is a lot to take and it is not necessary to take this much while chelating consistently. > > Have not post in a while > > Hello group. > I have not post in while. > Generally I feel this protocol is helping me. > But still I have to deal with some irrational fears when they comes > around (fear of relationship) I feel all nervous right now because I > don't know form where this anxious feeling come from, I had to break > up with my girl just to avoid this constant worry. > This is truly painful to let go away somebody you love. > She even was willing to stick with me while all of this happens. > I know many of you are dealing with even harder things, right now I am > seeing a hypnotherapist . > Does any recommend any type of therapy just to deal with this burden. > Bellow what I'm taking : > > DMPS 40 mg ( every 6 hours) > ALA 120 ( every 3 hours) > Chewable Vitamin C 1000 ( daily) > when I remember: milk thistle > sometimes Vitamin E , B complex. > > For time I feel almost normal but this " fear " really bother me . > > > Any feedback will be greatly appreciate > > Joe >
