Thanks Tori -

That's a great suggestion. Better than slopping it all

over the counter while trying to stir it. And the natural

nut butters are much

better for you than the hydrogenated fat that is in

the regular peanut butters, etc.

Appreciate the tip!

That's a great tip Tori! I've been stiring mine up really well before it

goes in the frige, then it's not that big a deal to mix up before you use it

.. just the first time that is so bad. I will try your tip and see if it's

even better :)

PS. We had lunch today at the mongolian grill and I thought of you - we should

try to do lunch again sometime :)

Hey Tori,

Yup, it was me. I may just have the wrong kind of nut butter. I've slopped

the oil all over the counter so what I have left is sort of the ground glass

part.

And really I've tried my darnedst with those smoothies. Trouble is that no

matter how I try to disguise the whey powder (which is the whole point of

the smoothies) I can still smell it! It takes an hour to get down and then

my stomach burns like crazy. In fact it burns for the rest of the day.

Something must be telling me to not have whey powder. I'm, at least for

now, honoring that feeling.

But I will turn my next jar of nut butter upside down and put it in the

fridge next to the healthy green food. That way I'll probably just spill

cold oil on the floor! I'm hypo. I can be klutzy for now right?
