Laurel,

That's great that you have a nursing license. They may or may not ask you for

the number. Anyway, I did a Google search for Thytrophin

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=thytrophin&btnG=Google+Se\

arch and found numerous online stores selling it.

I'm sorry you're having so much trouble with your Docs about T3. Perhaps they

have a doctor on call who might help you out. Good luck, Zoey

Hey Zoey,

I checked the website and I might be able to get it with my Nursing License if

I can only find it!

In the meantime I called the primary's office to see why they hadn't called

and, as expected, they guy left town! The lady who answered the phone was

really sweet and asked the other two guys in the office if they would order the

T3 and of course they wouldn't.

They suggested that I call the endocrinologist that I was told, as of

yesterday, to never see again. Actually the Nurse Practioner. So I called

their office and, as of 4pm, they are out for the weekend.

Bottom line? These guys don't care if I commit suicide over the weekend or

not. They don't care about pain, or fatigue or any of it. And, more

interesting, I got a missive from the NYS board of Licensing today explaining

" patient abandonment. " I wonder what this is if not abandonment.

I just don't understand how they can get away with this. If it were the first

or second time I might be able to dismiss it. I guess, in the end, we are on

our own.

Thanks for resending. I'll try to find my certificate if the fog lifts

sufficiently.

Zoey,

I don't know what happened but I just got one post to the list back.

Strange day. So I'm going to try it again.

The gist of the thing was to say thanks for the links and that I had just

ordered from one of the companies but they only have ground shipping. Its

going to be a long weekend. It also mentioned that the supplement was

" hormone free " which is impossible if it is a hormone. I'm confused!

Anyhow I really appreciate all your help. I've already asked the doctors

who are supposed to be on call for the practice and they won't do it.

( " don't know your case. Not my patient " pick an excuse) All my doc friends

are out of town and, after all this big deal I'd hate to ask them anyway. I

had no idea that this would be such a big deal. What the heck do they think

I'm going to do with T3? I guess if you were a suicidal anorexic it would

be one thing but all I'm trying to do is have some quality of life!

Anyway before your most helpful response I was feeling really sorry for

myself and kind of abandoned.

Thanks,

Laurel
