Guest guest
If it is JUST a stainless steel post you should be OK. It would not be uncommon for a dentist to put amalgam at the root apex by jamming it down the canal before putting in the post, or to use to make a nice base for the crown after putting in the post and you do need to ensure this wasn't done or you will do very poorly with chelation. Is this a necessary step or can I start chelation now? >
