-------------You can take ACE whether you're chelating or not. It is for

people who need adrenal support. If you have weak adrenals, verified by saliva

testing and/or symptoms, then this might be very helpful to you. For some

people, ACE and other supporting supplements, are enough for their adrenals.

Some of us need HC. But if you have weak adrenals and haven't started chelating

yet, it would be very wise to try this and get them supported before starting

chelation. Do some reading at the links provided at Visit Your Group. And then

decide if you think you should do the saliva testing.---------Jackie

The same question holds for 'Ashwagandha'.
