Guest guest
A question to Mr Cutler or anyone else who knows the answer. People who have adrenal fatigue have too much copper by standard, right? Of course unless they would avoid copper foods. I have taken very high dosages of zinc(250-500 mg), manganese(30-60mg) and pyridoxal phosphate(50-100 mg) daily for a year. While these did chelate out the copper, as long as the adrenal fatigue is not gone, you keep having the copper problem no matter how much you supplement. I really like chocolate and nuts and seeds, but because they are so high in copper, I only eat chocolate or nuts once in 2-3 months or so and even that one time gives me problems. The copper makes me hyper and gives bad digestion. I definitely have the mercury toxicity too. If I miss my dose by 15-20 minutes or more, my head starts getting that ''pulling'', heavy, pounding head sensation. I also did not have any amalgams ever. I think my celiac disease is the main cause of the mercury buildup. Having Leaky gut(I MEAN REALLY LEAKY!!) for 20 years must be the cause for me. I wish they had discovered my celiac much sooner, stupid doctors. Good luck to everybody. Greetings Ali
