Guest guest
I'm nervous about getting ready to chelate. My big mercury symptoms have been fatigue, previous Hashimoto's thyroiditis with thyroid cancer, irritable bowel and systemic yeast, tinnitus, irregular heartbeats, some subtle muscle twitching, and a recent increase in eye floaters. For the past 4 months I've been on an anti-candida diet while taking a liver support supplement from Metagenics. I also took Diflucan, then Nystatin, then Diflucan again. I feel great now, no fatigue, no irritable bowel. But my eye floaters have gotten worse! I'm still pretty much doing the diet (what a GREAT diet) and probiotics. I still have the tinnitus and irregular heartbeats, some subtle muscle twitches. I just wonder if anyone could guestimate based on this, how difficult of a time I may have chelating with the DMSA, then ALA & DMSA protocol. Or is it impossible to guess? Guest guest
Thank you for the reply, Jackie. I still have to get my 4 amalgams replaced. My thyroid TSH is adequately suppressed with synthroid. Seem to have sufficient T3. I may need adrenal support, my Metametrix saliva cortisol test was within range but pretty low end. DHEA kind of low end (2.7). My hair test didn't meet counting rules. But I still think mercury is a culprit. > > I'm nervous about getting ready to chelate. It sounds like you have done some good prep work with diet and treating yeast, etc. What is your thyroid status, you mention cancer above, are you taking thyroid hormone? It helps if your adrenals, thyroid, and other hormones are supported, if necessary. Back to your question, yes it is very hard to predict how people will do before they start. We are all so different. But with the things you have already done, hopefully it will go fairly smoothly. Also, have you had a hair test? That also gives some clues as to your status. Good luck!---------Jackie > > > Thank you, > > _._,_.___ >
