Guest guest
Hil, I feel for you and have you in my thoughts. Try to stay busy so you do not think of food. Stay out of the kitchen!!! And of course watching television is bad too since all they have is food on the ads. I hope you are getting through this alright. And am glad that this is not causing you any cramping. Just think, after your recouperation you will have normal bowel movements again. Those thoughts should make this easier for you. I am Praying for you and wish I could some how make this easier for you. I was afraid this laxative was going to be to much or not work but thankfully no cramping or pain. Instead of what they give you to take the day before surgery mine is spread out in smaller doses over three days and clear liquid. I am taking just a tablespoon of the lousy tasting Fleet Soda every morning. Surgery is confirmed for noon on Monday. At least they realize I am not a early morning person but I want to get this over. I really would just like to hide some place and forget it. The first time you don't really know how it is going to be but doing this the second time I do:) Well actually with the epidural last time the pain was not bad. It was just the infection and being plain sick with fever from it. I think I am getting the epidural again this time. They were going to fax over to the other hospital I had surgery at and get the records of what I had then and probably give me the same thing. > My daughter informed me she had bought me a NEW style depends. Will let you all know as soon as I seem them. I really hope she was wrong when she said she thought they were culotte style:) > > Hil > > >
