Guest guest Posted April 10, 2008 Report Share Posted April 10, 2008 Hi guys, if you noticed I haven't been posting lately, it's because I've been wiped out! So I decided I would post it as an example of how different stresses accumulate and affect your adrenals (and probably other things). Last week I had an *emotional* stressor, a family situation which was very disturbing and emotionally draining. That hit my adrenals hard, so I did some stress dosing with HC, and made sure I was taking other stuff for my adrenals too, like ACE, Vit C and B's, and sea salt in water. Then on Sunday, we got nailed with a late winter storm and got almost 2 feet of snow! So I wound up doing more physical work/exercise than I normally would, shoveling wet heavy snow, so that was a *physical* stressor on my adrenals and body/muscles. Since then, I have been just wiped out! I have slept alot, but even then when I'm awake, I don't feel like doing anything, and haven't even had enough brain power to post much. So, I just wanted to give this as an example of how different stressors, whether physical or emotional, add up and all wear on your adrenals. And when your adrenals are already weak, like mine, then a couple things like this that wouldn't be any big deal to a healthy person are a huge deal to people like us.
