Interactive chat for caregivers?

I am looking for an interactive chat for caregivers. Any suggestions?

What I meant was maybe online. Where you talk real time like Instant

messaging.

My mother is in the hospital and I am becoming a basket case.

And would like to talk to other people that would understand that.
