First sentence and first fight tonight!

Just wanted to mention that DS said his first whole sentence tonight,

he said " I had a poo! " and he said it again and again and on the

phone to nana! How thrilled am I? Totally!

BUT.....

Then he went and undid my thrilledness by having a fight with my

DStepson, I wasn't quite in view so I can't be sure why DS bit and

pulled DSS's hair, but I think it was over DSS's small computer! DSS

(6yrs) was in tears, and DS (2yrs) wouldn't say sorry. I think DSS

was also upset cos we have had to move his bed into DS's room until we

move in a couple of weeks time. We are self packing and needed the

extra space for boxes. DSS shares with 4 other kids at home and I

think having his own room here was a really big deal to him. Now I

feel really guilty that my son is the one biting (although I don't

know what DSS did to provoke it) and I have moved DSS out of his room

and into DS's right after they have had a fight and don't like each

other very much.

Guilty all over, me!! no doubt I have suddenly turned into the wicked

Step-Mother! ahhh.
