I am trying to figure out how much B vitamins I need to give my 45lb 5

year old. Kirkmans has a B-complex with the following per capsule:

Vitamin B1 15 mg

Riboflavin (Phosphate) 15 mg

Niacinamide 10 mg

P5P 17 mg

Folic Acid 100 mcg

Vitamin B12 60 mcg

Biotin 150 mcg

Pantothenic Acid 5 mg

Choline (Citrate) 75 mg

Is this too much or too little? I am going to give one capsule divided

into 4 doses. Any thoughts? Thanks Sheila
