I started taking a drug called evoxac 30 mg 3 x a day and it is like a miracle drug . I do not wake up in the middle of the night because my mouth is like the Sahara desert. It has made a huge difference with me.I know we all hate to take all the medicine we have to but this one really made a big change. > IPF 2/7 Scleroderma Raynauds Sjogren IL >

Guest guest
a couple of years ago, the eye doctor put me on "hydro tears" an otc omega 3 fatty acid it helped my dry eyes and it also helped my dry throat and dry feet then last year when i went to the new cardiologist and he saw the hydro tears, he put me on the precription version -- Lovaza -- saying it also helped with the heart or something (I forget exact details) the otc was 4 capsules per day the Lovaza is 2 capsules per day don't do anything without asking your doctor first Pink Joyce IPF 3/06 Pennsylvania Donate Life Listed 1/09 www.transplantfund.org--- Subject: Re: CaroTo: Breathe-Support Date: Sunday, March 1, 2009, 4:37 AM , do find that this helps with your eyes at all. just saw the post and didnt look drug up.. thanks patti, nj, ipf 7'06, raynauds, scleroderma, sjogren, PH 2'07>> Caro I was wondering if you take anything for the dryness due to your Sjogren's. While some are selling individual masksfor prices like $2.95, Sam's Club has a price of $10.77 for a package of20, making them just over fifty cents. Guest guest
Thanks MB!! How have you been? Great I hope!! I have had one of those crazy days today. Washed 3 loads of laundry (our laundry room is downstairs in the apartments). You have to dry the loads twice because the dryers don't work, so I have made 16 trips up and down the stairs today and the ones to the laundry room are just straight up and really steep. My back is hurting so bad. I am glad everyone here works during the day so when I do my laundry no one can see how red my face is and how short of breath I am, plus my legs would barely carry me up the stairs by the time I was done and my hair is soaking wet from sweat!! Also I have been in-between typing all day, trying to finish sewing some M & Ms towels I was embroidering for my mom for Mother's Day (I am not going to finish before she gets here in the morning) and I made a No-Bake cheesecake for her and my dad last night and some spinach lasagna today for all of us to have for lunch tomorrow so she would not have to cook after I get my steroid injection in my back in the morning. It is hurting so bad right now I think it will be a relief to get the Versed!! I still have 2 more hours to work, take a shower, give Gizmo a bath, still have to fold and put away all the clothes, and make my bed (I washed the sheets), plus I was wanting to bake some turkey bacon fried potatoes to go with everything for tomorrow but I am so exhausted I don't think I am going to have the energy to make it. Hey, if I did not lose any weight today, I never will!! If I had to do this everyday I would never make it!!
