Guest guest
Hi All, Haven't been posting lately, so here are the rounds I've done. I'm on the second to last day of being on round for round 9. Then the next round, round 10 I'll start April 1st (april fools day and a day before my birthday) almost 3 months (missed by a couple days), I will be adding ALA. Probably start with 12.5 mg every 3 hours and 4 hours at night to see how I feel, will do this along with the 25 mg of DMSA every 3 hours and 4 hours at night. I've been feeling ok, my GI symptoms are not yet gone completly, keeps coming back. Taking various things for this, but hoping once I start the ALA that things might progress better. I started tapering off of the SSRI I'm on a couple of weeks ago. Wondering if I'm seeing symptoms from this that happened before. I wake up night feeling hot, yet my temperature is not hot, though it is cold at times like 96-97 degrees F. What things cause someone to feel hot yet not actually be hot temperature wise? Here's what I've done for rounds 5 through 9 so far. Round 5 6-10 ON 11-15 OFF Round 6 16-20 ON 21-25 OFF Sick with cold so missed a round. March Round 7 1-5 ON 6-10 OFF Round 8 11-15 ON 16-20 OFF Round 9 21-25 ON (on day 25 here) 26-30 OFF Thanks, Mike > > Ok, I did 5 days at 25 mg DMSA every 4 hours for my 5th round, just > started the first of the 5 days of being off round.
