Guest guest
Hi listmates, Could you please advise me regarding this recipe for gut healing. If your children are on casein and gluten free diet would this recipe be safe? Is colostrum safe for those trying to eat dairy free? I appreciate your advice on this. Thanks Connie Here is a recipe for rebuilding bacteria and nourishing the mucous membrane of the bowel lining. Its delicious. You'll need: * 250 mgs butter, raw is best. * 1/2 cup coconut oil (virgin is best) * 12 capsules of colostrum or equivalent in powder such as 1/2 to 1 tspn Probioplex (Metagenics brand) * 12 capsules of Pro-Biotic, or equivalent of freindly bacteria such as 1/2 of 1 tspn of lactobacilis powder * 1 tablespoon raw unfiltered/unheated honey. Mix butter and olive oil/coconut oil in blender until smooth. Add friendly bacteria and colostrum (open caps). Add honey. Blend again. Eat a tablespoon every day for three days and just 1 teaspoon from then on. If this makes you feel nauseas or headachey, it means your liver needs to catch up with this much fat consumption. Sip some bitter herbs like Swedish Bitters straight away and the queasy feeling should subside. Keep it in the fridge and never heat the mixture. It's a great addition to smoothies. I have recovered within 3=4 months simply by eating great food, without any medication . I will continue to eat the butter mix as my body likes it so much, it is delicious and I'm feeling so good. Butter is by far superior a food. It is actually a superfood. The link on the word butter, above in the ingredients list will tell you why butter is better. Here's the link again. This article will tell you some of the reasons butter is used in this recipe eg: # Butyric Acid - protective agains colorectal cancers and various inflammatory bowel diseases, nourishes the cells of the small and large intestine. # Short and Medium Chained Fatty Acids - have antimicrobial, antitumor and immune system supporting properties. These fats absorbed directly from the small intestine to the liver, where they can be used for quick. Quicker than sugar with no crash. Lauric Acid, one of these fats, can be also found in coconut oil and is very useful in dealing with candida. # Trace Minerals - manganese, zinc, chromium and iodine - to prevent goiter. This recipe feeds good bacteria. Butter is one of the most important ingredients for this function. It actually feeds your bowel flora. Pris, prove it to yourself. Put some of the soy margarine out in the garden, put some butter beside it. Watch as all the local critters flock to the butter to eat it. I guarantee, they'll leave the margarine alone. Even mould won't grow on margarine. You'll ask yourself, " how would margarine feed my bowel bacteria, much less my body? "
